Antique Japanese black silk kimono with pattern of red leaves and black flowers.
Women's stunning antique silk kimono. Black silk with red leaves and white berries.
The black silk looks very dark blue in some lights.
There is an embossed pattern of black peony flowers which can be seen when the fabric catches the light.
Upper lining beautiful bright red silk, lower lining pink silk.
Note - the embossed peony pattern has pressed through onto the lining in one place where the kimono has been folded.
This is not a stain or mark on the fabric (see photo).
Size: Length 143cm. Sleeve to sleeve 124cm. Sleeve length 46cm. Shoulder width 60cm.

The damage and marks on the upper lining would not be visible in wear, but affects the overall condition of the kimono.
