Women's vintage oshima tsumugi silk kimono. Dark blue silk fabric with a pattern of random squares in black and blue colours.
The kimono is a dark blue colour which may appear brighter in the photos.
Lining is white silk with a gradient of a brightish dark green colour at the edges.

Women's antique mawata ojiya tsumugi silk kimono. Dark blue silk fabric with woven sarasa flower designs in red and pale blue.
Lining in yellow and pinkish-beige silk.
Excellent condition for its age, some small white spots on lining (see photos).

Vintage Japanese kimono, dark indigo blue with fortune hexagon pattern.
Men's vintage tsumugi silk kimono. Dark indigo blue with fortune hexagon pattern and plain blue lining. This is a traditional dark indigo colour, which has a slightly greenish sheen when it catches the light.
Tsumugi silk has an irregular weave, this is not damage to the fabric.

Men's vintage tsumugi silk kimono.
Plain dark brown tsumugi silk with a textured weave and plain dark blue lining.
This is a tsumugi weave which has an irregular texture, these are not flaws in the fabric.
This kimono is in a generally very nice condition, but has some faded patches which could be visible in wear.
