All items held in stock are normally despatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
This may be slightly longer at busy times. If you need your order urgently please let us know and we'll make sure we send it out straight away!
Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend will be despatched on the next available working day.
An email is sent out to confirm your order and another to confirm despatch of your order and your tracking reference (if applicable).
If you do not see these emails please remember to check your email spam folder!
All items are sent by Royal Mail or ParcelForce. Small items are sent by Royal Mail, larger orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Tracked or ParcelForce Express 48 and require a signature on delivery.
Kimono, yukata and larger obi belts are packed in strong white garment boxes and waterproof outer bag for safe delivery.
Important Note:
Postage costs are automatically calculated per item. If you buy several items this may be more than the actual delivery cost. If this is the case we will refund the extra postage cost to your PayPal account once your items are despatched. We will never charge you more than it costs us to send your order.
International orders - we don't currently accept international orders via our website due to high delivery and insurance costs.
